•Collect, analyze, and structure data from students and parents via surveys and interviews. •Manage the data collection process and ensure accuracy with regular follow-ups. •Convert raw data into structured reports and insights for admissions, marketing, and sales teams. •Maintain and update databases with validated student and lead information. •Re-engage inactive leads and strengthen student acquisition efforts. •Report key trends, challenges, and findings to managers for decision-making.
