DIGITAL MARKETING FACULTY/TRAINER

Job Summary:

We are looking for a qualified and dynamic Digital Marketing Faculty to deliver high-quality training sessions to students and professionals. The ideal candidate should possess strong practical knowledge of digital marketing tools, techniques, and strategies, along with excellent communication and presentation skills.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct classroom and online training sessions on various Digital Marketing modules, including:
• Search Engine Optimization (SEO)
• Search Engine Marketing (Google Ads)
• Social Media Marketing (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube)
• Email Marketing and Content Marketing
• Google Analytics and Tag Manager
• AI tools and marketing automation
• Develop and update training materials, lesson plans, and case studies.
• Mentor and guide students in live projects and campaign execution.
• Evaluate student performance and provide regular feedback.
• Stay updated with current trends, tools, and best practices in digital marketing.
• Collaborate with management for course improvements and institutional marketing activities.

Required Skills and Competencies:

• Strong understanding of digital marketing concepts, platforms, and analytics.
• Proficiency in tools such as Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, Canva, Mailchimp, and Analytics dashboards.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to simplify technical topics for learners at different levels.
• Creative mindset and a passion for teaching and mentoring.

Qualifications and Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Information Technology, or related field.
• Professional certification in Digital Marketing (e.g., Google, Meta, HubSpot) preferred.
• Minimum of 6 Months Experience in Digital Marketing or as a Trainer/Faculty.
