Digital Marketing Expert

Performance Marketing | Lead Generation Specialist

Role Overview

We are looking for a results-driven Digital Marketing Expert with a strong focus on lead generation and conversion across Real Estate, IT Services, and Events verticals. This role is strictly performance-oriented, with clear ownership of lead quality, volume, and follow-ups.

Core Responsibility Split

1. LinkedIn Lead Generation – 70%

  • B2B & B2C prospecting through LinkedIn
  • Profile optimization for founders, brands, and sales teams
  • Outreach strategy, messaging frameworks & funnel building
  • Lead nurturing, follow-ups, and conversion support
  • CRM coordination and reporting of qualified leads

2. WhatsApp Automation & Lead Warming – 20%

  • Setup and execution of WhatsApp broadcasts & drip campaigns
  • Integration with CRM tools for lead tracking
  • Automated follow-ups, reminders, and response flows
  • Lead warming to improve conversion readiness

3. Paid Ads (Meta & Google) – 10%

  • Execution of lead generation campaigns
  • Audience targeting and basic funnel optimization
  • Performance tracking (CPL, CTR, lead quality)
  • Coordination with sales teams for feedback-based improvements

Mandatory Skill Set

  • SEO Fundamentals
  • On-page optimization basics
  • Content structuring for search visibility
  • Social Media Management
  • Platforms: Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn
  • Creation & execution of a 365-day content calendar
  • Performance tracking and content optimization
  • Content Creation
  • Captions, blogs, ad copies, and outreach messages
  • Brand-aligned, conversion-focused writing
  • Design Coordination / Creation
  • Basic creatives using Canva or Adobe tools
  • Coordination with designers for advanced creatives

Performance Expectations

  • Consistent delivery of qualified, sales-ready leads
  • Data-driven decision-making and reporting
  • Strong alignment with sales and leadership teams
  • Ability to manage multiple verticals simultaneously
