Digital Marketing Executive

Job Overview:

We are seeking a creative and driven Digital Marketing Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating, managing, and executing digital marketing campaigns across various platforms. This role requires strong content creation skills (especially in Marathi and English), an understanding of current digital trends, and hands-on experience with social media and design tools.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and manage digital content for social media platforms like Facebook, Instagram, Twitter (X), LinkedIn, and YouTube.

Create engaging posts, stories, and reels in Marathi and English.

Coordinate with graphic designers and video editors to produce high-quality content.

Plan and schedule content calendars as per marketing strategies.

Analyze trends and campaign performance using tools like Meta Business Suite, Google Analytics, etc.

Assist in running paid ad campaigns on Facebook, Instagram, and Google.

Conduct basic research for trending hashtags, post formats, and content ideas.

Ensure all content aligns with brand voice and objectives.

Required Skills:

Strong writing and communication skills in Marathi and English.

Good knowledge of social media platforms, trends, and algorithm updates.

Familiarity with tools like Canva, Meta Ads Manager, and social media schedulers.

Basic understanding of SEO and online advertising.

Ability to work under deadlines and manage multiple projects.

Creative mindset with a focus on brand engagement and awareness.

Qualifications:

Graduate in Marketing, Mass Communication, or a related field.

1 or 2+ Years of experience in digital marketing or content creation.

A strong portfolio of previous work will be a plus.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
