Key Responsibilities:

• Plan, execute, and manage SEO strategies (on-page, off-page, technical, local SEO).
• Manage and grow our social media presence across Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter/X, YouTube, and more.
• Plan, run, and optimize paid campaigns (Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, YouTube Ads).
• Develop and execute lead generation strategies (B2B & B2C).
• Create engaging ad copies, blog content, and social posts to attract and convert customers.
• Build and optimize landing pages for higher conversions.
• Manage email marketing campaigns, WhatsApp marketing, and marketing automation tools.
• Track campaign performance using Google Analytics (GA4), Search Console, and other analytics tools.
• Conduct competitor analysis, market research, and prepare detailed performance reports.
• Collaborate with design and content teams to produce high-quality creatives.

Skills Required:

• SEO: On-page, off-page, technical SEO, schema markup, site audits, local SEO.
• SMO: Profile optimization, content scheduling, organic engagement growth, paid campaigns.
• Digital Ads: Google Search/Display/Video, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, remarketing & retargeting.
• Lead Generation: Landing page optimization, email marketing, LinkedIn lead gen, funnels, CRM management.
• Content & Design: Strong copywriting, Canva/Photoshop/Figma, video editing basics.
• Analytics: Google Analytics GA4, Tag Manager, campaign performance tracking & ROI analysis.
• Tools: SEMrush, Ahrefs, Moz, Hootsuite, Buffer, Meta Business Suite, Mailchimp, HubSpot, Zoho CRM.
• Basic HTML/CSS knowledge is a plus.

Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in marketing, Business, or related field.
• 2-5 years of proven experience in digital marketing roles.
• Telecom or B2B marketing experience is an advantage.
