Fashion Marketing Executive

Miracle Hub is hiring for our esteemed client, a leading Indian fashion brand offering trendy, affordable clothing through a robust online and retail presence across India.

About the Role:

We are seeking a Fashion Marketing Executive who is a marketing all-rounder — someone who can seamlessly blend creativity with data, execute campaigns with precision, and thrive in the fast-paced world of fashion e-commerce. If you love fashion, digital marketing, and delivering results, this role is for you.

Key Responsibilities:

Campaign Planning & Execution:

  • Plan, execute, and optimize end-to-end marketing campaigns across digital platforms (Meta, Google, Instagram, etc.)
  • Coordinate festive campaigns, seasonal collections, and culturally relevant fashion initiatives
  • Collaborate with creative teams to produce compelling assets for ads, social media posts, and promotional campaigns

Digital Marketing & Performance Optimization:

  • Support SEO and content marketing efforts through keyword research, blog creation, and website optimization
  • Track and report campaign performance using Google Analytics, Ads Manager, Search Console, and other analytics tools
  • Optimize campaigns based on data insights to maximize ROI and conversions

Content & Influencer Marketing:

  • Create sharp, engaging copy for email, SMS, and WhatsApp marketing campaigns
  • Assist in influencer collaborations and partnerships to amplify brand reach
  • Ensure consistent brand voice and messaging across all customer touchpoints

Market Intelligence & Cross-Functional Collaboration:

  • Research competitor activities and market trends to keep the brand ahead in the fashion space
  • Work closely with product, sales, and operations teams to align marketing strategies with business goals
  • Contribute ideas for growth, customer engagement, and brand building

Must-Have Requirements:

  • 1–3 years of experience in digital marketing, brand marketing, performance marketing, or related fields
  • Freshers with strong portfolios demonstrating marketing projects are also encouraged to apply
  • Working knowledge of SEO, social media marketing, paid advertising (Meta/Google Ads), and content creation
  • Hands-on experience with tools like Google Analytics, Search Console, Meta Ads Manager, Canva, or similar platforms
  • Strong communication skills — both written and verbal (copywriting ability is a plus)
  • Basic understanding of influencer marketing, email campaigns, and WhatsApp/SMS marketing
  • Creative thinker with analytical mindset — comfortable blending strategy with numbers
  • Excellent organizational and project management skills with attention to deadlines
  • Quick learner, adaptable, and thrives in fast-paced, high-growth environments

Nice-to-Have (Preferred but Not Mandatory):

  • Experience in fashion, apparel, retail, or D2C e-commerce brands
  • Understanding of fashion consumer behavior and seasonal trends
  • Familiarity with fashion content aesthetics (product styling, lifestyle shoots, trend-driven visuals)
  • Knowledge of festive marketing in the Indian context (Diwali, Eid, wedding season campaigns, etc.)
  • Portfolio showcasing creative campaigns or content work

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
