Key Responsibilities Strategy & Planning: • Assist in the development and execution of the overall digital marketing strategy. • Research and analyse market trends, customer behaviour, and competitor activity to identify new opportunities. • Manage the digital marketing calendar to ensure a consistent and timely flow of content and campaigns. Content Marketing & SEO: • Create, edit, and publish engaging content for our website, blog, and social media channels. • Optimize website and content for search engines (On-page and Off-page SEO) to improve organic rankings. Manage the company blog, including topic ideation, writing, and promotion. Social Media Management: Manage and grow our presence across key social media platforms (e.g., LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, TikTok). Develop and schedule daily posts, engage with our community, and run social media advertising campaigns. Monitor social media metrics and performance report. Email Marketing: Build and segment email lists, design email templates, and write compelling copy. Execute email campaigns (newsletters, promotional blasts, nurture sequences) and analyse performance (open rates, CTR, conversions). Advertising (PPC): Create, manage, and optimise pay-per-click (PPC) campaigns on platforms such as Google Ads and social media channels (e.g., Meta, LinkedIn). • Conduct keyword research and analyze campaign performance to maximize ROI. Analytics & Reporting: • Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) across all digital channels using tools like Google Analytics. • Prepare regular reports on campaign performance, providing insights and recommendations for improvement. • Use data to make informed decisions and optimize marketing efforts. Required Skills & Qualifications • Bachelors degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field. • 1-3 years of proven experience in a digital marketing role. • Hands-on experience with key digital marketing channels: SEO, SEM, social media, and email marketing. • Familiarity with marketing tools and platforms, such as: • Google Analytics and Google Search Console • Google Ads and/or Meta Ads Manager • Email marketing software (e.g., Mailchimp, HubSpot, ActiveCampaign) • Social media management tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer, Sprout Social) • Excellent written and verbal communication skills. • Basic knowledge of HTML and experience with Content Management Systems (e.g., WordPress) is a plus. • Creative thinking and problem-solving skills. • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

The role is ideal for someone who is organized, detail-oriented, and eager to build a career in the financial services industry. Key Responsibilities: • Process mutual fund transactions (purchase, redemption, SIP) via NSE NMF II / BSE Star MF / MFU platforms. • Assist clients with SIP registration, KYC, and online mandate setup. • Maintain client records, reports, and compliance documents. • Generate portfolio statements, capital gain reports, and track SIP performance. • Coordinate with AMCs, RTAs (CAMS / KFintech) for query resolution. • Handle client queries through phone and email professionally. Skills Required: • Basic knowledge of mutual funds, SIPs, NAV, KYC. • Comfortable using MS Excel, Word, Email, and online portals. • Good communication in English & Hindi. • Accuracy in data handling and documentation. Qualification: • Graduate (Commerce / Finance preferred). • NISM Mutual Fund (V-A) certificate preferred but not mandatory. Salary Range: 12,000 – 20,000 per month (Depending on experience and skill level) • Performance Incentives / Annual Bonus
