Role & responsibilities

Digital & Social Media Marketing

• Develop and manage social media strategies across multiple platforms (Facebook & Instagram, )

• Create, schedule, and post engaging content that aligns with marketing goals and brand voice

• Plan and execute online marketing campaigns and seasonal promotions

• Monitor analytics and report on engagement, reach, and campaign performance

Content Creation & Digital Creativity

• Design and develop creative marketing materials (posts, stories, banners, reels, etc.) using digital design tools

• Write compelling copy and captions that attract and retain audience attention

• Ensure brand consistency in visuals, messaging and tone across all marketing channels

Website & Online Presence

• Maintain and update company website with latest products, offers and content

• Optimize website for SEO and improve user experience

• Coordinate with technical teams for website enhancements and marketing integrations

Marketing Planning & Campaign Execution

• Assist in planning and executing marketing strategies and digital campaigns

• Conduct market and competitor research to identify trends and opportunities

• Manage marketing calendars and ensure timely execution of planned activities

• Collaborate virtually with the marketing and sales teams to align campaigns with business objectives

Preferred candidate profile

• Proven experience in digital or social media marketing (FMCG or retail background preferred)

• Strong knowledge of social media management, SEO and digital advertising tools

• Proficiency in Canva, Meta Business Suite, Google Ads, Google Analytics or similar platforms

• Excellent written communication, creativity, and time management skills

• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects remotely

• Familiarity with website CMS (e.g., WordPress or Shopify) is an advantage
