About the Role: Mystic Studios is expanding our focus on family portraits and pet photography . We're looking for a Meta Ads expert who can plan, execute, and optimize ad campaigns that bring in qualified leads and convert them into booked shoots. You’ll work closely with the sales and creative teams to craft campaigns that resonate emotionally and drive action. Key Responsibilities: Plan and run Meta (Facebook & Instagram) ad campaigns to generate leads for family and pet portraits Set up campaigns, test creatives, manage audiences, and optimize performance Coordinate with creative team to develop ad visuals and copy that connect emotionally Monitor CPL (cost per lead), CTR, ROAS, and lead quality Set up lead forms or drive traffic to landing pages Retarget warm leads and re-engage past customers Coordinate with the sales team to ensure lead-to-booking conversion Share weekly performance reports and improvement suggestions Required Skillset: Strong expertise in Meta Ads Manager – setup, optimization, A/B testing Ability to create and manage custom/lookalike audiences Experience with lead generation for service-based businesses Data-driven mindset – can analyze and adapt quickly Strong communication and collaboration skills Basic understanding of family/pet photography market is a plus Job Type: Full-time Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month Benefits: Health insurance Schedule: Day shift Application Question(s): Have you generated leads for service-based businesses?
