Key Responsibilities:

Content Strategy & Execution

  • Plan and execute monthly social media content calendars tailored to the brand identity.
  • Write compelling copy for posts, captions, reels, and WhatsApp messages.
  • Collaborate with designers, photographers, and video teams for content production.
  • Ensure content is engaging, relevant, and aligned with ongoing campaigns and seasonal themes.

Influencer Marketing

  • Identify, engage, and manage local and regional influencers for campaigns and events.
  • Negotiate deliverables and track influencer performance and ROI.
  • Coordinate influencer visits, content ideation, and brand collaborations.

Community Engagement

  • Manage responses across all platformscomments, DMs, GMB reviews, and messages.
  • Maintain a consistent and positive brand voice while interacting with the community.
  • Own the content and scheduling of the official LuLu WhatsApp broadcast channels.
  • Monitor open rates, clicks, and customer feedback to refine messaging.

Performance & Reporting

  • Compile weekly and monthly analytics reports for all pages, influencers and campaigns.
  • Provide insights, learnings, and actionable recommendations based on performance metrics.
  • Basic knowledge in running awareness and lead-gen campaigns on Meta platforms

Ideation & Campaign Input

  • Participate in brainstorming sessions for seasonal campaigns, in-mall events, and store launches.
  • Be the face of the video production and in-house content creation.
  • Propose platform-specific creative formats and content trends.

Team Coordination & Delegation

  • Coordinate with internal creative teams (design & media) to ensure timely delivery.
  • Manage external agencies or freelancers as needed.
  • Ensure all deliverables are on-brand, on-time, and within scope.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, Media Studies, or a related field.
  • 1+ years of relevant experience in social media marketing, influencer coordination, or digital content.
  • Strong copywriting skills with an eye for visual aesthetics and storytelling.
  • Bilingual (English & Telugu) with a good knowledge on regional content
  • Good understanding of regional market trends, audiences, and platforms (Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, WhatsApp).
  • Experience with analytics tools like Meta Insights, Google Analytics, or third-party dashboards.
  • Foundational knowledge on performance marketing (Meta & Google Ads)
  • Basic knowledge of design/editing tools like Canva, CapCut, Photoshop is a plus.
