Digital Marketing Executive

Role & responsibilities

Role Overview

We are looking for a Marketing & Community Executive who can seamlessly connect marketing execution with community engagement, creative thinking, strong communication skills, and a hands-on approach to both digital campaigns and relationship-building. Youll work across teams to bring NOURRIRs science-first story to life, both online and offline.

Key Responsibilities

Marketing:

Support the planning and execution of digital marketing campaigns (Meta, Google, Email, and WhatsApp).

• Contribute to content creation for social media, newsletters, and website marketing assets.
• Coordinate with internal teams, designers, agencies, and vendors to manage marketing deliverables.
• Track and report campaign performance, extracting insights for future improvements.
• Assist in influencer outreach, brand collaborations, and partnership development.

Community:

• Build and manage NOURRIRs online community across social platforms and WhatsApp.

Develop engagement strategies to create meaningful conversations with customers.

Handle feedback loops and assist in creating CRM workflows (email and WhatsApp).

Organize online events, webinars, or offline meetups to strengthen the brand community.

• Work closely with the marketing team to turn community insights into campaigns. Skills & Qualifications:

Preferred candidate profile

Skills & Qualifications:

12 years of experience in marketing, community management, or related roles.

Working knowledge of Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, and email marketing platforms.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Creative thinker with a problem-solving attitude.

Experience with Shopify and CRM tools is a plus.
