Job Description: Brand & Digital Marketing - Bhisajyam

(A role for someone who can build magic with strategy, storytelling & growth)

At Bhisajyam, you will be the brain and heartbeat behind our digital identity. You’ll lead the brand’s presence across social media, website, e-commerce platforms and ad campaigns — and shape how India experiences modern essential oils.

You’ll work directly with leadership and collaborate with design, e-commerce, SEO, and content teams to scale Bhisajyam into a premium, loved, household name.

What You’ll Own (Key Responsibilities):

• Brand Strategy & Growth

● Build and execute the overall brand strategy, tone, and digital identity.

● Create seasonal & monthly campaign plans (incl. launch, retention, UGC, influencer-led, product-led).

● Position Bhisajyam as an affordable luxury wellness brand.

• Social Media Leadership

● Own content strategy for Instagram, Pinterest, Twitter, YouTube, etc.

● Create fun, relatable, scroll-stopping content ideas for each platform.

● Plan monthly content calendars with hooks, scripts, campaigns & trend opportunities.

● Work with the designer & intern to bring content to life with consistency and style.

• Storytelling & Creative Direction

● Oversee production of reels, carousels, ads, banners & product shots.

● Create quirky, humanised, thumb-stopping copy across social, ads & website.

● Maintain aesthetic consistency across the brand.

• E-commerce & Website

● Oversee the Bhisajyam website experience, from messaging to UX to product pages.

● Work with SEO and dev teams to improve content, speed, and traffic.

● Work closely with Amazon and other marketplace teams for optimised listings, reviews, and sales-driving strategies.

• Performance Marketing

● Build top-notch ad strategies for Meta Ads (awareness, traffic, remarketing).

● Work closely with the ads team on targeting, creatives, copy, and optimisation.

● Launch and monitor ad campaigns that bring traffic and conversions.

• SEO, Analytics & Reporting

● Collaborate with SEO team on keyword strategy, content topics, and tracking sheets.

● Track metrics across platforms (IG, website, ads, Amazon).

● Prepare weekly & monthly reports for leadership with insights + action plans.

• Team Leadership & Cross-Functional Coordination

● Guide an intern, designer, and e-commerce executive.

● Bridge communication between design, ads, SEO, content, and leadership teams.

● Bring structure, clarity and direction to the marketing function.

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
