Job Description

For Female Candidates OnlyWe're hiring a dependable, creative assistant who can help manage client conversations, support with content, and keep our online platforms running smoothly. This is a part-time, remote role perfect for someone who enjoys engaging with customers, organising content, and understands basic e-commerce or is open to learning.

Key Responsibilities

Instagram:
Respond to client DMs & comments (with product info, price, customization)
Send welcome/introduction messages to new followers
Share story reviews, handle feedback queries
Assist in daily engagement (commenting, liking on similar pages)
Shopify + Etsy:
Upload/edit products (images, titles, descriptions)
Improve SEO with keywords, tags, and enriched product titles
Keep homepage & collection pages updated
Update existing listings as per season/sales/events
Pinterest:
Create & upload 3–4 keyword-optimized pins weekly
Link pins to correct product pages
Repurpose product content from Instagram to Pinterest
Content Support:
Help organize and repurpose existing posts/reels
Maintain a simple content calendar
Coordinate with our graphic designer (when required)

Bonus Skills

Basic understanding of Shopify, Etsy, or CanvaInterest in jewellery, fashion, gifting, or small businessesFamiliar with Google Sheets, content scheduling, or Pinterest toolsAbout Company: We provide handmade silver jewelry made with 100% real gemstones, the same quality as the luxury brands, but at a fraction of the price.
