About the Role

We are looking for a creative and enthusiastic Digital Marketing Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate should be passionate about digital marketing, skilled in creating engaging content (especially reels), and experienced in managing multiple social media platforms. The candidate should also have the ability to handle costing and budgeting for marketing activities independently.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, create, and manage engaging content for social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, Meta, etc.).
• Develop and execute creative reels and video content to boost engagement and brand visibility.
• Manage daily posting schedules, monitor performance, and analyze social media insights.
• Run and optimize paid ad campaigns across platforms to increase reach and conversions.
• Prepare cost estimations and self-costing for marketing activities, ensuring budget efficiency.
• Collaborate with internal teams for campaign ideas, content creation, and brand promotion.
• Track, analyze, and report campaign performance, providing insights for improvement.
• Stay updated with digital marketing trends, tools, and best practices.

Key Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Media, Communications, or a related field.
• 1–5 years of proven experience in digital marketing, social media handling, and content creation.
• Strong knowledge of Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, Meta Ads, and other social media platforms.
• Hands-on experience in reel making, video editing, and creative content design.
• Ability to handle self-costing, budgeting, and ROI measurement for marketing activities.
• Enthusiastic, creative, and up-to-date with digital marketing trends.
• Strong communication and analytical skills.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
