Digital Marketing & Community Guide

Your Responsibilities

• Nurture our Digital Spaces:

  Manage our social media presence (Instagram, Google My Business) with a gentle, supportive, and wise voice.

• Guide Our Community:

  Be the first voice of Duhi. Answer inquiries on WhatsApp, social media, and email with profound empathy, wisdom, and discretion, helping our community feel safe and heard.

• Weave Our Stories:

  Collaborate directly with our founder, Himanshu Bindal, to plan content that translates our three-generation family history into reassuring, modern stories.

• Maintain Thoughtful Connections:

  Manage our customer relationships, keeping a simple, organized log of conversations to help us understand our community's needs more deeply.

• Support the Vision:

  Assist in daily brand operations, from coordinating photoshoots that fit our "light & shadow" aesthetic to helping package our mission.

Who You Are

• You communicate with exceptional warmth and clarity (in English, Hindi, and/or Punjabi).
• You are a naturally empathetic and reassuring person, able to handle sensitive conversations with grace.
• You are digitally comfortable and familiar with Instagram, Canva, and Meta Business Suite.
• You are deeply organized, ethical, and have a strong sense of personal integrity.
• You are excited to learn and grow with a brand from its very foundation.
