Job Description

Role & responsibilities

1. Performance Marketing

  • Run and optimize paid ads on

    Meta (Facebook/Instagram), Google Ads, YouTube

  • Daily monitoring of ROAS, CPC, CTR, CPA
  • Create & manage

    remarketing campaigns

    for abandoned carts and product viewers
  • Scale winning creatives and stop low-performing ads

2. Social Media & Content

  • Create

    daily content plans

    for Instagram, Facebook & Pinterest
  • Coordinate with design team for reels, static posts, stories, lifestyle shoots
  • Maintain brand voice aligned
  • Hashtag strategy, reel trends, influencer collaborations

3. Marketplace (Amazon / Flipkart / Myntra) Growth

  • Optimize listing titles, bullet points, descriptions, A+ content
  • Keyword research using tools:

    Helium10 / JungleScout / SellerApp

  • Monitor Buy Box, pricing, reviews & competitor listings
  • Improve product ranking organically through SEO + PPC

4. Website & E-commerce

  • Manage Shopify website updates, collections, banners
  • Improve website conversion rate (CRO)
  • Run email & WhatsApp automation flows:
    • Abandoned cart
    • Win-back customers
    • New collection drops

5. Branding & Campaign Execution

  • Create monthly campaign calendars:
    • Festive launches
    • Flash sales
    • Influencer campaigns
    • New arrivals promotion
  • Work with production team to plan photo/video shoots

6. Analytics & Reporting

  • Prepare weekly analytics reports:
    • Sales
    • Traffic
    • Top SKUs
    • Ad performance
    • Funnel drop-off
  • Competitor analysis across marketplaces + Instagram
