Key Responsibilities: 1. Digital Campaign Management Plan, execute, and manage digital marketing campaigns across platforms (Google Ads, Meta/Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, etc.) Optimize performance through A/B testing and data analysis 2. Social Media Management Develop and schedule engaging content (reels, stories, posts) to increase engagement and followers Monitor and respond to DMs, comments, and reviews Run paid promotions and boost key posts 3. Website & SEO Oversee website updates including ticket promotions, offers, and blog/news sections Implement SEO strategies to improve organic reach Track traffic and behavior using Google Analytics 4. Email & SMS Marketing Design and send monthly newsletters, festive promotions, and announcements Maintain clean email lists and analyze open/click rates 5. Content Creation & Branding Coordinate with design team or freelance creators for high-quality visuals and videos Ensure brand consistency across all digital channels Cover live events, activities, and guest experiences for social media 6. Analytics & Reporting Monitor and report campaign performance (CPC, CTR, ROI, etc.) Recommend improvements based on performance data Skills & Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or relevant field 13 years of experience in digital marketing. Strong knowledge of Facebook/Instagram Ads, Google Ads, SEO tools Proficiency in Canva, Meta Business Suite, Google Analytics, and basic photo/video editing Excellent written and verbal communication skills Creative mindset and understanding of target audience behavior (families, children, tourists) Other Requirements: Willing to work on weekends and holidays (based on park events) Should be comfortable managing on-ground coverage during major events Must be proactive, result-driven, and a good team player
