Identify trends and insights, and optimize spend and performance based on insights 4.Brainstorm new and creative growth strategies, Manage and improve the company’s online content. Customer Support Executive: We are seeking a dedicated and empathetic Customer Support Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling customer inquiries. ensuring customer satisfaction through efficient and effective communication. Key Responsibilities: 1.Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone. 2.Maintain records of customer interactions, transactions & comments. 3.Provide accurate, valid, and complete information. 4.Keep up-to-date with product knowledge and company policies.
