Job Summary:

Clares Software Services

Role & responsibilities

Running and optimizing
Google Ads campaigns
to deliver measurable ROI.
Executing
lead generation campaigns
across paid, organic, and referral channels.
Tracking, analyzing, and reporting marketing performance using
Google Analytics and CRM dashboards
.
Managing and updating the
WordPress website
for content, SEO, and user experience improvements.
Supporting campaign design and execution in collaboration with the sales and product teams.
Researching competitor activity and industry trends to suggest innovative marketing ideas.

Ensuring marketing activities align with Abacuss positioning as a trusted ERP/CRM/HR partner.

Preferred candidate profile

Educational Qualification & Experience:

Bachelors degree in Science, marketing or related field.
2-4 years of hands-on experience in
digital marketing
with focus on Google Ads, analytics, and lead generation
Exposure to B2B ERP, CRM & Business Management Solutions company is necessary
Proven experience with
WordPress CMS
and basic SEO.
Comfortable working in
GST (Gulf Standard Time) time zone
.

Soft Skills:

Results-driven with attention to detail.
Strong analytical mindset with ability to convert data into actionable insights.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently in a remote setup or collaboratively within a team.
