Job Title: Digital Marketing Executive

Purpose / Role Objective:
To plan and execute high-impacting digital marketing strategies to promote our super luxury residential projects, engage affluent audiences across digital platforms, which involves understanding of digital ecosystem, luxury consumer behaviour, a blend of creativity, data driven strategy, crafting digital and lead generating strategies etc.,
Tentative JD for Digital Marketer:
· Develop and implement digital marketing strategies aligned with business goals for luxury residential projects.
· Collaborate with sales teams to align lead quality, feedback and conversion data.
· Coordinate with project, design, architecture and other teams for marketing collateral.
· Coordinate for the creation of virtual tours, influencer collaborations and lifestyle content for digital distribution. Also coordinate & explore different marketing agencies.
· Develop and oversee content that reflects luxury, aspiration and exclusivity – tailored for affluent audiences.
· Managing the website to maximise traffic & lead generation. Also to ensure relevant content is updated.
· Manage all social media handlers to maximize followership, engagement and inquiry generation.
· Manage and analyse the performance of SEO strategies. Optimize website content, including property listings with high-quality visuals, detailed descriptions and back linking.
· Develop personalized, visually rich E-mails for different customer segments.
· Track competitors' digital marketing activities and suggest tactical improvements for management review.
· Prepare & provide weekly and monthly performance reports on ROI and Conversion rates.
Authorities:
· Develop digital marketing strategies for luxury residential projects and execute it upon approval of Management.
· Coordination with internal and external teams for execution of digital marketing strategies.
Accountability:
· Successful execution of digital marketing strategy on time.
· Increase the ROI and Conversion rates.
Qualifications:
MBA – Marketing or any course related to Digital Media or related field.
Experience:
5–6 years of hands-on experience in digital marketing, with at least 2 years in real estate, luxury goods or premium hospitality sectors.
Technical Proficiency:
· Google Ads, Meta Business Suite, LinkedIn Ads, YouTube Ads.
· Google Analytics
· E-mail / WhatsApp Marketing
· Exposure to luxury digital events, webinars, or virtual property showcases
Soft Skills:
· Analytical mind set with attention to detail.
· Excellent communication, presentation and storytelling skills.
· Creative flair with a results-driven approach.
