Job Description

Role & responsibilities

Digital Marketing:

Assist in planning and executing digital campaigns (Google Ads, Meta Ads, etc.).
Manage social media content, daily posting, and engagement across platforms like Instagram, Facebook, and LinkedIn.
Work with internal teams to design creatives, content, and emailers for marketing campaigns.
Track campaign performance using tools like Google Ads, Google Analytics and Meta Business Suite.
Contribute to SEO tasks such as keyword research, meta tags, and content optimization.

E-commerce Management:

Update and maintain product listings on Amazon, Flipkart, and the companys website.
Track inventory and pricing and ensure accuracy across platforms.
Monitor product performance and marketplace health metrics.
Handle product reviews, customer feedback, and rating management.
Prepare daily/weekly e-commerce performance reports.

Operations & Coordination:

Coordinate with warehouse and dispatch teams to resolve order-related issues (delays, damages, stock mismatches, etc.).
Monitor timely dispatch and delivery of online orders.
Maintain smooth order flow between platforms and backend systems.
Communicate with courier/logistics partners if required.

Customer Support:

Respond to customer queries, complaints, and service requests.
Escalate unresolved issues to the concerned departments and ensure timely closure.
Build a positive brand image through clear and empathetic communication.
