Role Overview: We are looking for a creative and driven Digital Marketing Executive to join our team. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a dynamic environment and has hands-on experience in managing digital communities, running effective email marketing campaigns, engaging customers through social media, and executing targeted ad campaigns.
Build, manage, and grow online communities (WhatsApp, Telegram, Facebook groups, etc.)
Engage regularly with agent networks, answer queries, share updates, and collect feedback.
Run activation and engagement campaigns to boost platform usage.
Plan and execute regular email campaigns to agents and customers.
Create segmented mailing lists to deliver personalized communication.
Monitor open rates, CTRs, and optimize email performance.
Handle FIAs presence on platforms like Facebook, LinkedIn, Instagram, and YouTube.
Create content calendars, coordinate creatives, and schedule posts.
Drive engagement, monitor analytics, and respond to comments/messages.
Plan and run digital ad campaigns (Google Ads, Facebook Ads, etc.) to acquire agents
or promote services.
Optimize campaign budgets, targeting, creatives, and reporting.
Measure ROI and continuously improve campaign performance.
Develop digital strategies to improve customer retention and platform activity.
Launch feedback surveys, interactive contests, and update campaigns. Track engagement metrics and agent performance improvements.
Bachelors degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
3- 5 years of digital marketing experience, especially in community and engagement-driven
roles.
Strong knowledge of tools like Mailchimp, Canva, Meta Business Suite, Google Ads, etc.
Proficiency in copywriting, content planning, and basic design.
Excellent communication skills in English and Hindi (regional languages are a plus).
Familiarity with marketing analytics and campaign reporting.
Experience working in the fintech or financial inclusion space.
Exposure to regional/rural marketing strategies.
Basic video editing and creative design skills.
