Role & Responsibilities: Develop, implement, and manage digital marketing campaigns across multiple channels (SEO, SEM, social media, email marketing, etc.) Plan and execute all web, SEO/SEM, paid marketing, and display advertising campaigns Monitor, analyze, and report on marketing performance using tools like Google Analytics & social reporting dashboards Optimize content for search engines and generate high-quality traffic leads Manage and grow the companys social media presence (LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, etc.) Coordinate with designers and content writers to create creative assets Run paid ads on platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook, and Instagram Conduct competitor analysis and stay updated with the latest digital trends Prepare regular performance reports and recommendations for optimization. Preferred Candidate Profile: Bachelors degree in Marketing, Digital Media, or a related field 1-3 years of experience in Digital Marketing or a similar role Strong knowledge of SEO, SEM, Google Analytics, and paid ad campaigns Experience with content management and social media tools Creative mindset and strong analytical skills Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
