Job Overview:
The Digital Marketing Executive will be responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing multi-channel marketing campaigns to enhance global brand visibility, generate qualified leads, and support the companys growth in the IT and software development domain. This role combines strategic thinking with hands-on execution across paid media, SEO, and marketing automation.The ideal candidate will manage budgets, optimize performance, and share insights directly with leadership through data-driven reporting.
Key Roles & Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute data-driven digital marketing strategies across SEO, paid media, content, and automation channels to drive qualified lead generation and global brand visibility
- Plan, launch, and optimize paid campaigns on Google Ads, LinkedIn, and Meta, ensuring high-quality leads, cost efficiency, and measurable ROI
- Strengthen the companys SEO and content strategy through keyword research, technical optimization, backlinking, and content enhancement to improve organic visibility and domain authority
- Manage and refine marketing automation workflows and email campaigns (HubSpot or similar platforms) for lead nurturing, retention, and pipeline acceleration
- Create, publish, and optimize high-performing digital assets blogs, case studies, landing pages, and thought-leadership content aligned with B2B audience intent and sales goals
- Monitor, analyse, and report campaign performance using GA4, HubSpot, and Data Studio, translating insights into actionable improvements for continuous growth
- Collaborate closely with sales, product, and design teams to ensure consistent messaging and seamless alignment between marketing initiatives and business objectives
- Manage allocated marketing budgets effectively, recommending optimizations based on performance trends and market opportunities
- Oversee social media presence (primarily LinkedIn) to enhance engagement, credibility, and inbound inquiries through both organic and paid strategies
- Stay abreast of emerging AI-driven marketing tools, automation trends, and global B2B best practices to keep campaigns innovative and competitive
Required Skills & Competencies:
- Strong understanding of B2B IT marketing, buyer journeys, and lead-generation funnels
- Proven experience with SEO implementation, PPC, content marketing, and marketing automation tools
- Hands-on experience with Google Ads, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, Meta Ads, and Google Analytics 4 (GA4)
- Background in marketing automation, email marketing campaigns, and lead nurturing workflows
- Experience with marketing analytics, data interpretation, and reporting dashboards
- Proficiency in CRM and automation platforms such as HubSpot, Zoho CRM, or Mailchimp
- Excellent analytical and reporting skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights
- Sound knowledge of AI-powered marketing tools (eg, ChatGPT for copy, Jasper, Surfer SEO, or Similar AI assistants)
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, attention to detail, and creative problem-solving
- Ability to work independently in a dynamic environment with minimal supervision
Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or related field.
- Certifications in Google Ads, HubSpot Inbound Marketing, Meta Blueprint, or LinkedIn Marketing preferred.
- 3+ years of proven experience in digital marketing within the IT/software industry.
