You are a highly motivated and analytical MBA intern with a solid understanding of digital marketing principles and data analytics. Your role will involve bridging marketing initiatives with data-driven insights, optimizing campaigns, and understanding customer behavior. - **Data Analysis & Reporting:** - Collect, clean, and analyze data from various digital marketing channels such as website analytics, social media, email campaigns, paid ads, and CRM systems to identify trends, patterns, and insights. - Develop and manage marketing dashboards and reports using tools like Google Analytics, Tableau, Power BI, or similar platforms to provide actionable recommendations to the marketing team. - Conduct in-depth analyses on campaign performance, customer segmentation, and user journeys to discover enhancement opportunities. - Assist in setting up and analyzing A/B tests and multivariate tests to improve conversion rates and user engagement. - **Digital Marketing Strategy & Execution Support:** - Support in developing and executing digital marketing campaigns across multiple channels like SEO, SEM, social media, email marketing, and content marketing. - Perform market research and competitive analysis to identify new opportunities and guide marketing strategies. - Aid in optimizing website content and landing pages for improved search engine ranking and user experience. - Collaborate with the marketing team on content strategy by identifying data-driven topics and formats that resonate with target audiences. - **Strategic Insights & Recommendations:** - Translate complex data findings into clear, concise, and actionable recommendations for stakeholders. - Present findings to cross-functional teams such as marketing, product, and sales to influence business decisions. - Contribute to enhancing digital marketing and data analytics processes continually. **Qualifications:** - Currently pursuing a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree from an accredited institution. - Strong academic background with a focus or specialization in Marketing, Business Analytics, Data Science, or a related field. - Understanding of digital marketing concepts and channels like SEO, SEM, social media, email marketing, and content marketing. - Proficiency in data analysis tools and techniques, especially strong Excel skills. - Familiarity with web analytics platforms like Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics, and marketing automation or CRM tools such as HubSpot, Salesforce. - Experience with data visualization tools like Tableau, Power BI is advantageous. - Basic knowledge of SQL or programming languages like Python/R for data manipulation and analysis is highly desirable. - Excellent analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving abilities. - Strong written and verbal communication skills to present complex information clearly and concisely. - Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. - High level of curiosity, proactivity, and a strong desire to learn and contribute.,
