Digital marketing cum Graphic designer

Key ResponsibilitiesDigital Marketing

• Plan, execute, and monitor online marketing campaigns (Google Ads, Facebook, LinkedIn, Instagram, etc.)
• Manage SEO/SEM activities to improve website ranking and organic reach
• Create engaging social media content calendars and manage postings
• Analyze campaign performance and prepare reports with insights & recommendations
• Email marketing campaign planning and execution (newsletters, drip campaigns)
• Coordinate with the sales team to ensure brand consistency across campaigns

Graphic Design

• Design creatives for social media posts, ads, website banners, and emailers
• Develop marketing materials including brochures, presentations, infographics, and product sheets
• Ensure all designs align with brand guidelines and maintain visual consistency
• Create video content, reels, and motion graphics when required
• Edit and optimize images for digital platforms
• Work with the marketing team to brainstorm and develop creative concepts

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Graphic Design, or related field
• 0-1 years of experience in digital marketing and graphic design (freshers with strong portfolios may apply)
• Proficiency in tools like Canva, Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and video editing software
• Knowledge of digital marketing tools & platforms (Google Analytics, Facebook Ads Manager, SEO tools, etc.)
• Understanding of current social media trends and digital best practices
• Strong creativity, attention to detail, and time management skills

Pay: ₹5,000.00 - ₹10,000.00 per month
