Job Summary: We are seeking a proactive and client-focused Digital Marketing Client Engagement Executive to act as the primary liaison between our digital marketing team and clients. You will manage ongoing client relationships, ensure satisfaction with digital campaigns (Google Ads, PPC, social media, branding), and support client retention and upsell initiatives. This role requires excellent communication skills and a good understanding of digital marketing fundamentals. Key Responsibilities: Serve as the main point of contact for clients during campaign execution and post-launch. Understand client business goals and align digital marketing strategies accordingly. Provide timely updates on campaign progress, performance metrics, and outcomes. Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, sales, creatives) to resolve client issues and optimize campaigns. Proactively identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities to expand client accounts. Gather client feedback and communicate insights to relevant teams for continuous improvement. Maintain accurate records of client interactions and campaign details in CRM tools (HubSpot, Salesforce). Support onboarding of new clients and ensure smooth handover from sales to delivery teams. Required Skills & Qualifications: 1–3 years experience in client engagement, account management, or customer success roles Strong understanding of digital marketing concepts, including Google Ads , PPC , social media marketing , and branding Excellent interpersonal and communication skills Ability to manage multiple client accounts simultaneously with attention to detail Proficiency with CRM software like HubSpot, Salesforce, or Zoho CRM Problem-solving mindset and ability to manage client expectations professionally Basic analytical skills to interpret campaign reports and metrics Preferred Skills: Experience with SaaS or B2B digital marketing clients Knowledge of email marketing and marketing automation tools Familiarity with client onboarding processes Google Ads certification or relevant marketing credentials What We Offer: Competitive salary with performance-based incentives Opportunity to develop skills in client management and digital marketing Collaborative work environment with career growth potential Exposure to diverse industries and marketing strategies Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Pay: From ₹180,000.00 per year Benefits: Leave encashment Paid sick time Schedule: Day shift Supplemental Pay: Performance bonus Yearly bonus Language: English (Preferred) Work Location: In person
