Digital Marketing & Business Development Officer

Role Overview: You will be responsible for building and expanding the clientele of the company by identifying new sales/service leads, pitching services, and maintaining long-term relationships with customers. Your main focus will be on researching organizations and individuals digitally/online to identify new leads and potential markets, understanding the needs of client companies, and contacting potential clients through digital modes and telephone to establish rapport and set up meetings for new business. Additionally, you will be planning and managing new business initiatives to drive growth. Key Responsibilities: - Identify new sales/service leads - Pitch services to potential clients - Maintain long-term relationships with customers - Research organizations and individuals online to identify new leads and potential markets - Research the needs of client companies and identify decision-makers - Contact potential clients through digital modes and telephone to establish rapport and set up meetings - Plan and manage new business initiatives Qualifications Required: - Bachelor's/Master's degree (preferably in life sciences) - 3-4 years of digital marketing experience in KPO/BPO/Medical Writing/Scientific Publishing/Content Related Services - MBA is preferable - Strong knowledge of digital/online marketing channels - Excellent communication and language proficiency - Creativity and problem-solving ability - In-depth knowledge of industries and their current activities - Ability to meet deadlines and prioritize tasks effectively - Strong attention to detail and multitasking skills - Excellent time management and organizational skills Please send your CV to info@brainwave.in if you are passionate about working with us.,
