Digital Marketing Associate

Position Overview

We are seeking a creative and technically skilled Digital Content Designer to join our team. This role requires a blend of design expertise, technical proficiency, and strong communication skills to deliver multiple projects simultaneously.

Key ResponsibilitiesContent Creation & Design

• Design and develop engaging digital content for various platforms and campaigns
• Create visually appealing graphics, layouts, and multimedia content
• Ensure all content aligns with brand guidelines and project requirements
• Manage and deliver 3-5 projects simultaneously while maintaining quality standards

Social Media Management

• Handle social media content planning, creation, and posting
• Monitor and engage with social media communities
• Develop content strategies to increase engagement and reach
• Track social media performance and provide insights

Technical Development

• Develop and maintain websites using WordPress and PHP
• Implement basic UI/UX designs and ensure responsive functionality
• Write Python scripts for automation and content management tasks
• Troubleshoot technical issues and optimize website performance

Communication & Collaboration

• Communicate effectively with clients and team members via email and phone
• Participate in regular meetings and project discussions
• Provide project updates and reports as required
• Coordinate with stakeholders to understand project requirements

Required Skills & QualificationsTechnical Skills

• Proficiency in PHP and WordPress development
• Working knowledge of Python programming
• Strong understanding of UI Development basics
• Experience with digital content design tools (Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, Canva, etc.)

Professional Skills

• Excellent communication skills (written and verbal) via email and phone
• Strong knowledge of digital content design and creation
• Proven experience in social media handling and management
• Ability to manage multiple projects (3-5 concurrent projects)
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹8,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
