About the job: Key responsibilities: 1. Execute and optimize performance marketing campaigns to maximize traffic, customer acquisition, and revenue growth 2. Build and implement customer acquisition strategies across paid channels, ensuring an efficient and diversified acquisition funnel 3. Drive performance across all channels including Facebook, Google, organic, direct, and affiliate sources by optimizing marketing budgets to maximize CPA and scale new customers efficiently 4. Evaluate channel performance based on KPIs, conduct A/B tests, and create reports with actionable insights for ongoing optimization 5. Oversee digital D2C initiatives to ensure customer delight through on-site and off-site interventions focusing on metrics like sales, traffic, engagement, LTV/CAC, and NPS 6. Develop and implement 10X growth ideas to discover new ways to grow or optimize existing referral funnels 7. Ensure an optimal performance marketing channel mix including digital media, offline channels, analytics, and CRM 8.
