Key responsibilities: 1. Develop and manage end-to-end digital marketing strategies aligned with business goals. 2. Collaborate with leadership to identify growth opportunities through digital channels. 3. Manage day-to-day posting, engagement, and analytics across Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, etc. 4. Work closely with content creators and designers to ensure cohesive brand messaging. 5. Run paid ad campaigns on Google, Facebook, Instagram, and other platforms. 6. Monitor, analyze, and optimize performance to achieve high ROI and lead generation. 7. Oversee SEO strategies (on-page and off-page) and coordinate improvements with web teams. 8. Plan and execute email marketing campaigns via platforms like Mailchimp or Zoho. 9. Use Google Analytics, Meta Insights, and other tools to track campaign success. 10. Deliver monthly reports with insights, trends, and performance evaluations. 11. Coordinate with internal teams and external agencies to execute multi-channel campaigns. 12. Contribute to branding activities, product launches, and marketing activations. Requirements: 1. Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Digital Media, Communications, or related field. 2. 0 to 2 years of hands-on experience in digital marketing roles. 3. Proficiency in Google Ads, Facebook Business Manager, Google Analytics, SEO tools. 4. Strong knowledge of content creation, social media trends, and ad optimization. 5. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. 6. Strong project management and multitasking abilities. 7. Prior experiences in the FMCG, F&B, SEO, hospitality, or lifestyle industry. 8. Capability to handle multiple brand accounts simultaneously. 9. Creative and analytical mindset with attention to detail.
