Digital Marketing Associate

As a Marketing Manager, your primary responsibility will be to develop and oversee marketing strategies and plans that align with the business goals. You will lead and manage the outsourced marketing team, ensuring high-quality work is delivered on schedule. Actively participating in marketing calls, you will define clear action plans and ensure timely execution. Setting KPIs, tracking campaign performance, analyzing results, and optimizing strategies based on data will be a key part of your role. Managing marketing budgets effectively and driving various initiatives including SEO, content marketing, paid ads, social media, and branding will also be under your purview. Collaborating with agency designers, SEO specialists, and ad managers, you will execute and refine marketing campaigns. Monitoring trends, identifying growth opportunities, and proposing new marketing channels and ideas will be crucial. You will need to ensure that all marketing communications reflect the brand voice and positioning effectively. To be successful in this role, you should ideally have 1-2 years of experience in digital marketing, marketing management, or agency account management. A strong understanding of SEO, digital advertising, content marketing, and design best practices is essential. Prior experience working with marketing agencies or outsourced marketing teams will be an advantage. Excellent project management, communication, and leadership skills are required. Proficiency with marketing tools like Google Analytics, CRM systems, SEO tools (Ahrefs, SEMrush), is preferred. An analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into actionable strategies will be beneficial. This is a full-time position with a day shift schedule.
