About the Role:

We are looking for a Digital Marketing Associate to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will assist in planning, executing, and optimizing our online marketing campaigns across multiple digital channels to increase brand awareness, lead generation, and customer engagement.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in developing and implementing digital marketing campaigns across social media, email, and search platforms.
• Manage and create engaging content for platforms like LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, and Twitter.
• Perform keyword research and optimize website content for SEO and SEM.
• Monitor and analyze campaign performance using tools such as Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, and Search Console.
• Support lead generation strategies through paid ads (Google Ads, Meta Ads, etc.).
• Collaborate with design and content teams to maintain brand consistency.
• Track trends, competitors, and new opportunities in digital marketing.
• Prepare weekly/monthly reports on marketing metrics and suggest improvements.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field.
• 0– 2 years of experience in digital marketing (freshers with internships are welcome).
• Good understanding of SEO, SEM, social media marketing, and email marketing.
• Hands-on experience with Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, and analytics tools is a plus.
• Strong communication, creativity, and analytical thinking.

Preferred Skills (Good to Have):

• Experience with Canva, Photoshop, or video editing tools.
• Basic knowledge of WordPress or website content management.
• Familiarity with CRM or marketing automation tools.
