(DMA (Email Marketing)

Education: Graduation.

Technical Skills: Microsoft Office Suite, Advance Excel- VLOOKUP, INDEX-MATCH, PivotTables, and advanced formulas, Linkedin.

Industry experience: 1+ Years.

Personal qualities: Positive Attitude, Adaptability and Flexibility, Teamwork and Collaboration.

Technology skills: Mailchimp, Benchmark, Mailer cloud, elastic Mail, Apollo, Zoominfo , Slintel, Hoovers, Manta, brite verify, xverify, towerdata, zerobounce and neverbounce etc.

Communication skills: Good verbal and written communication, . Interpersonal Skills, Active Listening.

Responsibilities:

 Manage different types of email campaigns, including the template designs, etc. for multiple clients with different complexities using tools such as Benchmark and Mail Chimp and many more.

 Examine the KPI such as Downloads, clicks, open and take the necessary actions to achieve the desired results.

 Continuously working on minimizing the unsubscribe rate while increasing the productivity of our emails.

 Create and design various email templates as per campaign requirement. And ensure that all template should be mobile-friendly.

 Ensure every Email should be sent in proper format and template.

 Execute List cleaning for better click through rate, and to help in increasing ESP Reputation.

 Maintaining detailed email performance reports to analyze the progress of each and every campaign. It also helps to understand the problems and to suggest further improvements.

 Database analysis

 Screening leads as per client requirement

 Ensure qualifying parameters

 Map leads into required formation.
