Job Title: Digital Marketing – Ad Specialist
Location: Hill Cart Road, Beside Vinayak Hotel, Siliguri
Salary: ₹12,000 – ₹20,000 per month (based on experience)
Job Type: Full-Time | 6 Days a Week

Role Summary:

We are looking for a results-driven Digital Marketing Ad Specialist to manage and scale paid ad campaigns across platforms like Google, Meta (Facebook/Instagram) and others. If you're passionate about performance marketing and know how to deliver high ROI through paid campaigns, we want you on our team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan, execute, and optimize paid ad campaigns on Google Ads, Facebook/Instagram Ads, and other digital platforms.
• Set up and manage campaigns including targeting, bidding strategies, budget allocation, and performance tracking.
• Create compelling ad copies and coordinate with the design team for ad creatives.
• Monitor KPIs such as CTR, CPC, ROAS, and conversions.
• Perform regular A/B testing and audience segmentation for better results.
• Use Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager, and other tools for performance analysis.
• Prepare weekly/monthly performance reports and insights.
• Stay updated with platform algorithm changes and ad policies.

Requirements:

• 1–2 years of hands-on experience in digital paid ads (Google & Meta required).
• Strong understanding of ad platforms, targeting, bidding models, and KPIs.
• Google Ads and Meta Blueprint certifications preferred.
• Familiarity with tools like Google Analytics, Tag Manager, Keyword Planner.
• Knowledge of e-commerce ads is a plus.
• Excellent analytical and communication skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
