Job Title: Digital Marketing & Business Growth ExecutiveRole OverviewWe are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Digital Marketing Executive who can handle end-to-end digital marketing activities and actively contribute to lead generation and business growth. Key Responsibilities Digital Marketing Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns across Google, Meta (Facebook/Instagram), and other platforms Email marketing campaigns (creation, execution, follow-ups, analytics) SEO & basic website content optimization Creatives & Media Create engaging e-banners, e-posters, and creatives Coordinate or create short marketing videos/reels Work with design tools like Canva, Adobe, or similar Advertising Run paid ads (Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads preferred) Track performance, optimize campaigns, and manage budgets Lead Generation & Sales Support Generate quality leads through digital channels Approach potential clients via calls, emails, LinkedIn, and WhatsApp Follow up with leads and maintain CRM or lead tracker Support conversion of leads into clients Skills & RequirementsExperience in digital marketing & lead generation Knowledge of email marketing tools and ad platforms Basic design & content creation skills Strong communication & follow-up skills Self-driven, target-oriented mindset Ability to work independently and meet deadlines Preferred Qualifications1–3 years of relevant experience (flexible for the right candidate) Experience in B2B lead generation is a plus What We OfferGrowth-oriented role Opportunity to handle multiple aspects of marketing Learning and career growth opportunities Experience in Global Marketing
