Job Summary: We are looking for a skilled and data-driven Digital Marketing Executive with 1–2 years of hands-on experience. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in e-commerce advertising , international campaign management , and tools like Meta Ads, Meta Pixel , and Google Ads . A solid understanding of SEO, social media, and content strategy is essential, along with a creative and analytical mindset. Key Responsibilities: Plan, execute, and optimize e-commerce ad campaigns across platforms (Meta, Google, etc.) Manage and track international digital marketing campaigns for diverse audiences Set up and optimize campaigns using Meta Pixel , Meta Ads Manager , and Google Ads Conduct in-depth keyword research and implement on-page & off-page SEO strategies Develop and execute social media marketing strategies across platforms Coordinate content strategy with design and copy teams for website, blogs, email, and social channels Analyze campaign performance data and generate actionable insights for continuous improvement Monitor key KPIs such as ROAS, CPC, CTR, and conversion rates Stay updated with the latest digital marketing trends, tools, and best practices Required Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Digital Media, Communications , or related field 1–2 years of professional experience in digital marketing , preferably in an e-commerce or agency environment Proven experience with Meta Ads, Meta Pixel setup, and Google Ads Strong understanding of international ad targeting and campaign optimization Proficiency in SEO best practices , keyword research tools, and Google Analytics Hands-on experience managing social media pages and developing content strategies Excellent analytical, creative thinking, and problem-solving skills Strong verbal and written communication abilities Nice to Have: Certification in Google Ads or Meta Blueprint Experience with tools like Google Tag Manager , Canva , etc. What We Offer: Competitive salary and performance-based bonuses Opportunity to work on global campaigns and grow your digital expertise Creative and collaborative work environment Skill development and career advancement opportunities Job Type: Full-time Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month Benefits: Cell phone reimbursement Schedule: Day shift Work Location: In person
