Role Overview

What you’ll own

• Reels + Shorts + ad-style videos for Instagram and YouTube in different aspect ratios

• Daily planning, scripting, shooting and editing end-to-end

• Trend research and storytelling that speaks to government exam aspirants

• Performance-driven content, not just posting for reach

• Full creative control with direct access to founders

Who we’re looking for

• More than 1 year of professional full-time experience in content creation and digital marketing

• At least 2 years of content creation experience overall (personal + brand)

10k+ followers and multiple videos crossing 50k+ views

• Fluent in English and Hindi, comfortable on camera

Delhi NCR

• Strong knowledge of SEO, SEM, Google Analytics, Google Ads, Meta Ads

• Fast and independent execution, not someone who takes days to finish a 30-second reel

Tools you should be comfortable with

• CapCut, Canva, DaVinci, Photoshop or similar

•  AI tools like Veo / Runway / Nano Banana are a bonus

What you’ll get
