Univ experience required.Role summary:Responsible for growing a predictable inbound pipeline using landing pages, paid campaigns, chat bots/WhatsApp flows, and lead-scoring rules to push high-quality leads to admissions teams.Key responsibilitiesCreate and optimise landing pages and lead magnets; implement chat/WhatsApp flows for conversion.Work with digital manager to implement paid campaigns and A/B tests aimed at lead quality.Implement lead scoring & qualification rules in CRM and ensure handover to admissions.Monitor CPL and lead quality; recommend creative and funnel fixes.QA lead data and enrich leads with program tags and intent scores.Required2–5 years in lead generation for education/ed-tech; strong CRM and marketing automation skills.Comfortable with no-code landing page builders, chatbot platforms, and UTMs/analytics.KPIsQualified leads/month ≥ 10 K.CPL vs target ≤ 75%.Lead-to-MQL conversion ≥ 12% and MQL→SQL rate ≥ 10%.Chatbot lead completion rate ≥ 75%.
