**Job Description:** As an Applied R&D (AR) professional at Nokia, your role involves target-oriented research aimed at solving specific problems, developing hardware, software, and systems, and providing techno-economic consulting to clients. Show initiative and adaptability to changing business environments. - Communication: Influence others to accept job functions and new concepts. Communicate effectively with functional leadership and senior leaders. - Knowledge & Experience: Management experience or advanced skills within a specific professional discipline.
