Job Description

About the Role:

Digital Growth & SEO Specialist

Key Responsibilities:

Execute technical, on-page & off-page SEO.
Conduct keyword/intent research and optimise content for ICPs.
Improve website performance, Core Web Vitals & UX.
Track performance using GA4, GSC, Ahrefs/SEMrush, Clarity, Looker Studio, etc.
Support and manage campaigns on Google, Meta & LinkedIn.
Provide insights for landing pages, funnels & ads.
Use AI tools for audits, content enhancement & optimisation.

Requirements:

3-5 years of experience in SEO & digital marketing (IT services preferred).
Strong knowledge of modern SEO, analytics & intent-driven optimisation.
Experience with paid/performance marketing.
Understanding of B2B audiences, ICPs & buyer journeys.
