What You’ll Do

  • Conceptualize and design visuals for Meta and Google ad campaigns.
  • Create story-driven ad designs that resonate with digital audiences.
  • Collaborate with copywriters and marketing leads to deliver cohesive campaigns.
  • Experiment with design variations to maximize ad performance.
  • Analyze ad performance data and optimize designs accordingly.

What We’re Looking For

  • 2–4 years of graphic design experience in a digital-first role.
  • Strong portfolio showcasing ad creatives.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Suite, Canva, Figma, and basic motion graphics.
  • Understanding of consumer psychology and design for conversion.
  • Self-driven and adaptable to rapid campaign needs.
