Digital Finance CoE - Functional

As a Finance Transformation Lead, you will play a crucial role in executing comprehensive finance transformation programs. You will engage with CFO offices to establish clear objectives, milestones, and performance metrics. Your responsibilities will include: - Conducting thorough client workshops and interviews to gather detailed business requirements. - Developing sophisticated functional specifications based on the gathered requirements. - Creating and maintaining comprehensive documentation, including Business Requirement Documents (BRDs), Functional Requirement Documents (FRDs), and User Manuals to ensure clarity and accessibility for end-users. - Assisting the AI tech team in building future finance tools by acting as a product manager and coordinating the development of different functionalities to make them market-ready. - Understanding finance functionalities in various technologies such as Oracle, SAP, and D365 to align with clients" needs and regulatory requirements. - Supporting the capability build of Digital Finance suite by coordinating with different vendors like Workiva, Blackline/Trintech, and D365 to tailor solutions for clients. - Analyzing industry-specific challenges within sectors like Insurance, Banking, and Capital Markets to craft tailored finance solutions that align with evolving market trends and customer expectations. - Acting as a strategic advisor to client leadership, guiding them through the intricacies of implementation and transformation to achieve operational excellence. In addition to the above responsibilities, you may also be required to support capability build of the Digital Finance suite and analyze industry-specific challenges within sectors like Insurance, Banking, and Capital Markets.
