Digital Exec Tools Specialist

As a Digital Exec Tools Specialist at Honeywell UOP, you will play a crucial role in ensuring quality, consistency, and standardization in digital project execution. Your primary responsibility will be to develop and implement tools and processes for scalable, reliable, and quality digital solutions. You will collaborate closely with digital services engineering teams throughout the design, testing, debugging, and implementation phases. Additionally, you will be responsible for maintaining templates, version control, and driving standardization in tools and applications. Your role will also involve implementing automation in infrastructure, testing, and deployment processes to improve efficiency. Key Responsibilities: - Work closely with digital services engineering teams to develop and implement tools and processes for scalable, reliable, and quality digital solutions. - Collaborate with digital development/engineering teams during design, testing, debugging, and implementation phases. - Maintain templates, version control, and drive standardization in tools and applications. - Implement automation in infrastructure, testing, and deployment processes. - Own and develop additional technology artifacts (templates, tools, guides, checklists, etc.) after handover from development. - Support execution teams on a day-to-day basis for a given tool/service. - Coordinate with Technical Specialists to create PM/PTA/digital tools development stories. - Ensure consistency and standardization of tools application. - Train/mentor new engineers. Qualifications Required: - Expertise in Process Simulations - Hysys/UniSim or Aspen Plus modeling experience. - Expert level knowledge of refinery equipment. - Ability to review Python or .NET coding to identify and resolve issues. - Understanding of data science and machine learning programming. - Ability to identify areas of digital services execution work processes that can be automated and collaborate with digital execution/engineering teams for tool development. - Ability to test software tools. - Exposure to various UOP technologies. - Working knowledge of UOP digital services. - Demonstrated problem-solving skills. - Ability to communicate clearly and succinctly.
