Digital Designer

Responsibilities

• Design Production: Create visually appealing designs for digital assets, including websites, mobile apps, social media graphics, and email templates.
• Concept Development: Produce innovative design concepts, wireframes, prototypes, and mockups to communicate ideas to stakeholders.
• Collaboration: Work closely with marketing, product, and development teams to ensure designs align with brand guidelines and project goals.
• User Experience (UX): Design with a focus on user-friendliness and user experience to create engaging interfaces.
• Asset Management: Create and manage design assets and style guides for consistent branding across platforms.
• Feedback Implementation: Revise designs based on feedback from stakeholders, user testing, and team members to refine concepts.
• Trend Awareness: Stay informed about the latest design trends, tools, and technological advancements in the digital space.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Design Software Proficiency: Mastery of design software, including the Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, XD), Figma, or Sketch.
• Creativity & Artistic Ability: The capacity for innovative thinking and artistic talent to produce compelling visuals.
• Communication & Collaboration: Strong communication skills to articulate design ideas and work effectively in cross-functional teams.
• Attention to Detail: A meticulous approach to ensure designs are high-quality and meet standards.
• Time Management: The ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and deliver them on time.
• Problem-Solving: Analytical skills to address design challenges and find effective solutions.
• Portfolio: A strong portfolio showcasing high-quality digital designs to demonstrate expertise.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
