Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Digital Customer Support + Management Information Systems (MIS) Specialist based in Chennai, with flexibility for partial remote work. The role involves providing customer support through digital platforms, analyzing inbound customer engagements such as calls and chats, and compiling insightful reports from data gathered. The individual will also manage digital strategies, optimize customer support processes through MIS, and contribute to enhancing marketing performance with data-driven insights.

Qualifications

• Strong Analytical Skills for evaluating customer data, trends, and reporting
• Exceptional Communication skills to interact effectively with clients and internal teams
• Experience in Digital Strategy and Digital Marketing for optimizing online presence and customer engagement
• Proficiency in Project Management to plan, coordinate, and execute customer support and marketing initiatives
• Familiarity with data visualization tools and CRM systems
• Ability to work in a collaborative environment with hybrid work capabilities
• Prior experience in the SaaS or technology sector will be considered an advantage
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Information Systems, or a related field
