What would you do? Responsible for uploading and managing assets with standard Taxonomy (correct metadata tagging) and correct Digital rightsmanagement in Digital Asset Management system making it available for reuse. Subject matter expert in key concepts, process flows and defined scope of librarian tasks. Suggest workarounds and highlight anomalies when faced with technical challenges in the tool Work effectively with team members and requestors, understand the requirements and provide appropriate solutions Assist users in concerns around the upload process. Take initiatives to learn new skillsRole requires Digital Marketing Ads & Promotion creation/designConsists of management tasks and decisions surrounding the ingestion, annotation, cataloguing, storage, retrieval and distribution of digital assets

What are we looking for? Minimum 1 year of experience in upload and download of digital assets, content management, ensuring quality ofcontent and meeting the minimum requirements of content standards as set by the client Basic knowledge of Pharma industry and marketing operations Experience in working on DAM platform (Digital Asset Management) MSOffice - Able to effectively use MS Excel, MS Outlook, MS PowerPoint Has excellent verbal and written communication skills Experience participating in a collaborative team environment Highly organized, detail oriented, and results focused Demonstrate ability to think strategically
