A curious mind who scrolls through Instagram and YouTube not just for memes but to decode trends.

Someone who can turn a simple idea into a scroll-stopping story.

Someone who’s not afraid to say, “Wait, let’s shoot that again, I’ve got a better frame!”

Your Day Might Look Like:

🎥 Scrolling through reels & ads (yes, that’s research!) to spot new trends and creative hooks

💡 Ideating content ideas with the team that fit our vibe: earthy, real, rooted

📝 Writing short scripts, planning shoots, and assisting in post-production

📸 Shooting content on your phone, both behind and in front of the camera

🎬 Working with editors & designers to turn raw clips into high-performing videos

🌼 Capturing everyday moments that make people feel connected to food, farmers & nature

What You’ll Need:

• A creative eye and love for storytelling
• Comfort being on camera
• Basic photography/videography skills (phone is fine, magic matters more)
• Understanding of what makes content work online
• Eagerness to learn, experiment, and create something meaningful every day
• If your camera roll is full of random clips waiting to be turned into something cool — this internship’s for you.
