Overview

Digital Content Creator & Media Specialist

Responsibilities

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

 

  • Content Creation & Design

  • Design and produce digital content including videos, motion graphics, images, and branded visuals optimized for platforms like Instagram, LinkedIn, and YouTube.
  • Maintain brand consistency while adapting content to suit evolving digital trends and audience behaviors.
  • Respond quickly to news cycles or relevant events to create timely, reactive content when appropriate.

 

  • Social Media Engagement

  • Develop and execute creative strategies to grow social media presence and increase engagement across platforms.
  • Monitor current trends, social media conversations, and world news to create content that is both relevant and impactful.

 

  • Podcast Editing & Promotion

  • Edit, mix, and produce high-quality podcast episodes with marketing team.
  • Create promotional materials such as audiograms, short video clips, graphics, and summaries to boost podcast visibility and listener retention.

 

  • Project & Time Management

  • Independently manage end-to-end content production processes, from ideation to final delivery.
  • Prioritize multiple projects and meet tight deadlines in a dynamic, fast-moving environment.

 

  • Research & Media File Support

  • Create and prepare audio and video files that serve as inputs for research sessions.
  • Collaborate with internal research teams to visualize insights and findings in compelling, accessible ways for clients.
Qualifications

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Demonstrated experience in creating digital content for social media, video platforms, and podcasts.
  • Advanced proficiency in the full Adobe Creative Suite, including Premiere Pro, After Effects, Illustrator, Photoshop, Audition, and InDesign.
  • Strong storytelling and visual communication skills across multiple media formats.
  • Experience in podcast production and post-production workflows.
  • Ability to adapt quickly to changing priorities and tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong interest in and awareness of current events, news, and global affairs.
  • Self-starter with excellent time management, attention to detail, and project ownership.
  • Experience supporting research, academic, or data visualization work is a plus.
