Digital Construction Engineer (Construction SaaS)

Whom are we looking for?

VisiLean is looking for AEC professionals to join our growing Customer Support & Engineering team. The primary role of this team is to support clients globally on the implementation of VisiLean on their projects through our expertise in Civil Engineering & Digitalisation, encompassing the domains of project planning, execution practices, control strategies, and the digital tools and processes that enables these. An essential aspect of your role is to work with people closely, both on the client front as well as with the VisiLean team internally. Your direct exposure to clients and their requirements will enable you to also work on the R&D of VisiLean, as well as developing literature such as workflow documents, case studies, best practices, and so on.

Responsibilities

• Core technical/back-end support for VisiLean implementation.
• Assist projects to leverage digital engineering & construction solutions.
• Supporting clients on their projects for VisiLean implementation through:
• Project setup - Plan/Model import - Settings - etc.
• Plan updates
• Model linking
• Develop User-Guides /Reference Manuals
• Execute Drone Flights and/or 360* Camera site capture.
• VisiLean system training Web and Mobile App
• Leverage ongoing development and deployment of VisiLean in projects and assets

to improve participation and drive-up value in projects.

• Develop Specifications for Features for Technical Team.
• Assist Implementation Consultants in the team with Training & Support.
• Develop and share best practices, work processes, systems, and tools.
• Support Projects in India locally on site through active participation on the ground this may involve travel within India to project sites as well.
• Explore and leverage the deployment of digital tools on projects.

Requirements

• Bachelors degree or equivalent in the Civil Engineering discipline or any other

specialisation relevant to construction project management.

• Relevant field experience in construction projects, preferably in multiple locations and

cultural settings, with strong practical knowledge is a good-to-have.

• Expertise in Scheduling - MSP/P6/Asta/Vico and BA tools like PowerBI.
• Excellent command over English language.
• Knowledge of project design and delivery tools (BIM) and their interface with project

systems will be an advantage.

• Drone Pilot license (Good-to-have)
